CEE is a mission-driven nonprofit with expertise in the energy efficiency industry. CEE seeks to contract with like-minded organizations, individuals, and firms who are committed to improving the local economy and strengthening the environment. This page includes all active requests for proposals to partner with us, ranging from market research to program implementation and other professional services.
Many of these opportunities will support CEE's statewide Market Transformation program to accelerate the adoption and availability of emerging energy efficiency technologies.

CEE recognizes key strategies to overcome market barriers include creating powerful tools, messaging, and resources that cities, the state, utilities, and others can use to drive customer awareness. We seek a combined effort to define target audiences, set measurable goals,
maintain reputable marketing practices, and maximize market impact by adapting to evolving needs and trends.
Thus, CEE is seeking qualified contractors to provide market research for the ASHP initiative within the Minnesota Market Transformation portfolio. Services will begin in 2024 with a goal of completion in July 2024. The selected bidder will complete research activities, including primary data collection, message development and testing, and a final report, as described in this RFP, to support the development of the ASHP initiative
